What if someone cheats during a game?

What happens in a dispute?
We take every dispute extremely seriously, and investigate each one individually for up to 24 hours. The investigation will take place by using resources, technology, and any evidence presented by the participants of the match. All of these will be examined in ourder to ultimately determine who really won the game. The person rewarded the victory will receive their winnings and the other person will receive a dispute on their profile. If a winner is unable to be determined, the money will be refunded to both players (NOTE: the service fee may or may not be refunded). All game decisions are final. If you want your case reviewed and want to dispute it, you must be able to provide indisputable evidence. Some cases are subject to longer time frames, based on the difficulty of the dispute.
What precautions should I take to make sure that I can prove that I won the game?
Since www.MFLPL.com automatically verifies the score or outcome of the game through the game servers, we recommend that you take additional precautions:
- Always have your stats e-mailed to you.
- Take screenshots of the outcome of the game. Please make sure that the entire screen shows up in the picture showing the score, and exactly who was playing. Only administration has the final decision on whether the pictures are considered indisputable evidence.
- Always forward evidence to disputes@MFLPL.com.
If you don't take these necessary precautions, you are playing at your own risk.
What happens if there is a disconnection?
Agents are available to set up the remaining time left in the game. We keep the same time remaining, ball possession, yardage, down, etc.
We understand that disconnections are part of online play. However, if you are disconnected from your game our policy is that you have two choices:
1) You can finish out your game by starting a new game, keeping the same score at the point of disconnection, and playing out the remaining time.
2) The one who was losing at the point of disconnection can forfeit.

How much does it cost me to play?
There is a 10% fee that will be automatically withdrawn from your account everytime you play a match. The fee is called a www.MFLPL.com service fee. For example, a $20 tournament would cost you $22.00 to enter ($20 x 10% = $2.00). The winner would then receive a $40 prize.

What are game play rules? How do I set them up?
Both players have to agree upon the game play rules before the game takes place. This must be done before the match begins and each player must abide by the rules agreed upon. Any predetermined game play rules that are broken by any player will be considered cheating. If you don't set game play settings then the game is considered to have no rules and anything goes.
What should I do if I notice someone cheating?
Cheating is unacceptable and not tolerated. If someone is braking the rules agreed upon in game play setting, our policy is that you are to start to gather any/all evidence for the game and report it to an Agent. Before you do anything, make sure that you have indisputable evidence that you're able to present to an Agent in order to prove that your opponent was cheating.
What happens to my match if I prove my opponent was cheating?
If you can prove that the opp. was cheating and the Dispute Department confirms evidence, the cheater will be disqualified and automatically loses, with no refund, and the player who did not cheat will receive the prize.
What type of Internet connection do I need to play?
We recommend that you have a broadband Internet connection for the best online console gaming experience.
What if I forgot my password?
